Rental Agreement
Guidelines
Rental of this building includes the main meeting room, kitchen, and restrooms only.
Kitchen supplies are not included. The Fire Equipment Barn Is Off Limits.
Barn and mechanical rooms are to remain locked during rental hours.
Limited parking is permitted only in front of the Fire Hall.
No Parking Is Allowed In Front Of The Large Barn Doors Or On the South Side Or Near The Fire Hydrants.
(Area must be kept clear / open for firemen on call)
Additional parking is available in the adjoining Church parking lot.
Do's:
1. Turn off fans, stove, close windows, and remove food from stove and refrigerator.
2. Sweep floor and spot clean spills. It is expected that the facility will be as clean as when you rented.
3. Dispose of liquids in sink, not in garbage/trash containers.
4. Chairs and tables can be arranged in any order during rental. Return chairs and tables to pre-rental arrangement after clean up.
5. Full rental payment is due when picking up the rental key to the Fire Hall.
6. Rental is for one day only and clean up is required before leaving the building.
7. Leave key at hall when done.
8. Report any problems to Rental Coordinator.
9. Take garbage and trash with you; there is no dumpster.
10. Hall must be vacated and cleaned prior to 12:00 AM (00:00) the day of hall rental.
Do Not:
1. No smoking inside Fire Hall rental area.
2. Do not use Tacks, Tape, or Adhesives on walls, ceiling, or woodwork.
3. Do not place chairs on top of tables.
4. Do not sit on the table or stand on chairs.
5. Do not remove chairs or tables from the building.
6. Do not place containers or food items on the floor.

If the rental request is approved, you will get called, texted, or emailed (depending on how you wish to be contacted.) You will need to sign the Denmark Township / Fire Hall Rental Agreement in person.
